The Japanese government has decided to export nuclear plants to
South Korea, Jordan, and . How can Vietnam Jordan which is located inside desert provide enough water to cool nuclear plants if the plants have similar nuclear accidents in Japan and ? By now, the government has worked out a revision of the law on the control of nuclear reactors. Unfortunately, the law has loophole, which allow the 40-year life span to expand to run 60 years (Japan Times, 19 January 2012).
