Third-Class Politicians Only Provide the Third-Rate Policy-VIII
Prime Minister Aso Taro made another interesting question on 22 May 2009. “It cannot be true that the number of new influenza infections in China is so low... (Japan Times 4 June 2009).” Because China has 1.3 billion people, about 10 times larger than Japan’s, China should have more people infections. However, Aso forgot the fact that China also experienced its bitter experience of SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) in 2002, causing more than 320 people death.
