Japan is only country which experienced nuclear bombs. On 19 April 2009, the right-wing politician Nakagawa Shoichi, famous for his drunken appearance during an interview at the February 13-14 minister level G7 meeting, said, “It is common sense worldwide that in pure military terms, nuclear counters nuclear (Japan Times).” A country does not have to possess the bomb in order to secure its nation if the country can make friends with others. Even if Japan has the bomb, it will not make Japan secure because Japan does not have real fiends in the Asia region. Until Japan ready to clean up its dirty laundry, in particular a number of issues in WWII; therefore, Japan will not gain trust among other nations. No national trust means no national security!
