Is the Western Media Right?-II
The 44th president gathered 36 heads of states in Washington D.C. for the security summit. On 14 April 2010, Washington Postpublished “Among Leaders at Summit, Hu’s First,” summarizing the winners and losers during the summit. Based on Al Kamen’s writings, the winner is the Chinese President Hu Jintao who got the 90-minutes meeting with Obama. The loser is the Japanese Prime Minister Hatoyama Yukio who did not get to meet with Obama even though the Japanese government requested the meeting. Simply to meet Obama will be the deciding factor of the winner and loser. Then the question is how about the leaders from North Korea and Iran, who were never invited to the nuclear security summit. They might be the real winner.
