End of the National Flag
After becoming 2 trillion Japanese yen in debt, Japan Airline Corporation (JAL) filed for bankruptcy on 19 January 2010. JAL is symbolized by the “rising sun” of Japanese national flag. Just as GM, JAL is going to be rehabilitated and hopefully recovered as a “healthy” company. For over a half century, the Japanese politics, in particular LDP, has been involved in JAL businesses. This eventually led to the bankruptcy of JAL. Sadly, no member of LDP expresses their sympathies to employees of JAL.
