The Chinese Secret Underground Submarine Base?
In March 2009, the American navy surveillance ship Impeccable was harassed by Chinese ships inside the Chinese 200-miles EEZ (exclusive economic zone) in the South China Sea. The confrontation took place in the high sea, about 120 km from Hainan Island. A similar incident took place with an American EP-3 airplane incident in April 2001 when a Chinese fighter collided with an American EP-3. These incidents are not coincidental. According to the Epoch Time in Washington D.C., China is secretly developing an underground submarine base near Hannan Island. Therefore, the Pentagon has begun spying in the region surrounding Hannan Island. While the US claimed EEZ as the high sea, China interprets the 200-miles EEZ as Chinese territory.
