In Rizhao, Shandong Province, there are 2.8 million residents and about 99 percent of the households are using solar water heaters, according to the Japanese media. China began to import the Japanese green technology to prevent pollution which has accumulated for the last three decades. Time on 2 November 2009 issue publishes an article regarding the Chinese environment policy which “China is fast becoming one of the world’s largest alternative-energy markets.” Will the Chinese government allow the foreign firms including from Japan and the USA to participate the Chinese green market?
